First time applicants who live in Allen County may apply for a Library Card by completing the form below. Once your application is processed a card will be sent to your home address.
If you wish to borrow immediately, please visit one of our
libraries
to register. A newly registered patron may borrow a limited number of items until his or her address is verified and a permanent borrower's card is activated.
